The Restaurant at Rainbow Ranch is a cozy hideaway on the banks of the Gallatin River offering refined cuisine and classical cooking techniques which transform Montana beef, bison, wild game, and fresh seafood into flavorful works of art. Staying with us this spring when The Restaurant is closed? Don't worry - you can still experience Chef Ian's world class seasonal Montana ranch-to-table cuisine with our Epicurean Exclusive menu. Give us 72 hours advance notice and we'll open The Restaurant just for you, or stay cozy in your room and we'll bring dinner to you.
