A Great Falls native, Chef Nick honed his craft at Rainbow Ranch and 320 Ranch early in his career. After culinary studies in Oregon, he trained in Singapore and had a stint at the renowned French Laundry in Napa. A decade in organic farming deepened his connection to quality ingredients before his return to Rainbow Ranch as Executive Chef in 2024. His culinary style is rooted in French tradition and a commitment to from-scratch cooking.
